Several airlines connect Bologna with many Italian and foreign cities. The International airport “G. Marconi” is located just 7 km from the Course Venue.

By Train
The Bologna Central Station is one of the largest railway interconnections in both Italy and Europe. It is a few minutes from Palazzo della Cultura e dei Congressi.
Buses no. 35/39 link the station with the Course Venue.
The prices of the tickets are € 1,30 – validity: 75 minutes from time of ticket validation on bus.
One-day ticket price is € 5,00, validity: 24 hours from time of ticket validation on bus.
By Car
From motorway A1, A13, A14: from the ring road take exit n. 7 (Via Stalingrado) or exit Bologna Fiera direction city centre.
Car Parking
Parking facilities are available near the Course Venue.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
A shuttle service will be available on 11th and 12th November, connecting the Congress Venue to all the hotels booked through the Organizing Secretariat.
COURSE RECEPTION
A reception desk will operate at the Course venue on 11th November from 7.30 to 19.00 and on 12th November from 7.30 until the end of the Course.
ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE
Attendance certificates will be issued to Course participants by the Organising Secretariat at the end of the Course.
OFFICIAL LANGUAGES
The official Course language is English. Simultaneous translation will be provided from English to Italian.

The Videos should be sent to the Organizing Secretariat by 4th October 2019 with a CD, USB or uploading them on WeTransfer (www.wetransfer.com, recipient’s e-mail address: congressi@noemacongressi.it).
The 10 best video presentations will be published in JOVS (Journal of Visualised Surgery). The winners will be asked to write
a brief report about the video topic.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations of registered Participants must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat. A 70% refund will be made for all cancellations received before 30th September 2019. After that date not refunds will be possible.
All refunds will be processed after the Course.
