The new Code of Ethical Business Practice apply to MedTech Europe Member Companies in their interactions with Healthcare Professionals (http://www.medtecheurope.org) and it introduces significant changes. Under the MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice (the “Code”), Member Companies are not permitted to pay registration fees, travel or hospitality expenses directly to individual Healthcare Professionals for their participation in educational conferences organized by third-parties as of 1st January, 2018.

Member companies can provide funds to a Professional Conference Organizer who invites Healthcare Organizations to select the HCPs who will benefit from the Educational Grant.

As PCO and Provider, Noema has obtained the role of Medtech Europe Trusted partner according to MedTech Europe Ethical Charter. Noema supports member companies in the management of Educational Grant for Healthcare Professionals participation at Third Party Organized Educational Events.

In particular Noema is in charge of:

• Writing, submission and management of the indirect sponsorship offer to the Healthcare Organization;
• Healthcare Organization Authorization and contact with Healthcare Professionals;
• Event registration;
• Travel and transfer organization;
• Accommodation;
• Assistance to the delegate during the event;
• Quotation and final statement;

As PCO and Provider, Noema Srl Unipersonale is an experienced Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) and CME Provider that organizes conferences, congresses and educational events, and it observes all ethical and compliance regulations.

Noema supports its clients in the management of delegates at both Noema’s and third party organized events and congresses. After the study of the sponsorship company policies, Noema takes care of all the aspects related to the delegates’ travel, in particular:

• Contact with the delegate;
• Event registration;
• Travel and transfer organization;
• Accommodation;
• Assistance to the delegate during the event;
• Quotation and final statement;
